Responsible for coordinating conferences, events, and functions at a large country and wine estate. Duties include managing bookings through Opera or similar systems, preparing event orders, liaising with clients, ensuring smooth execution of events, and working closely with operations teams. Requires minimum 2+ years’ experience in hospitality, specifically conference and event coordination within large hotels, resorts, or estates.
Manage conference and event bookings using Opera or similar systems.
Prepare and distribute detailed Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
Liaise with clients to confirm requirements and special requests.
Coordinate with operations, F&B, and technical teams for seamless delivery.
Conduct site inspections and pre-conference meetings with clients.
Ensure all event logistics, décor, and setups meet estate standards.
Monitor event progress and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records and post-event reports.
2-5 years as a Conference Coordinator in a similar environment (Large scale hotel or lodge)
Experience coordinating with all departments to ensure events run smoothly
Must come from Hotel background
Willing to work weekends and shifts
