Job Description
- Greeting guests dining in the restaurant.
- Taking food and beverage orders, ensuring for guests comfort during entire meal period.
- Process payment quickly and accurately.
- Clean tables and reset for future guests.
- Respond to problems or concerns quickly and efficiently with a smile.
- Answer phones, make reservations, seat guests.
- Assist guests during their hotel stay including making recommendations about local exploration.
Qualifications
- Being knowledgeable of local area including Carmel, Hamilton County and Indianapolis in order to provide entertainment and dining recommendations as well as directions.
- Possess a positive and outgoing demeanor. Must have a natural talent for wanting to help people with problems no matter how large or small.
Fluent in English and able to speak in an articulate and professional manner. - Ability to stand for 8 hours at a time and carry trays frequently.
- High school Diploma or equivalent.
- Possess an active permit from the State of Indiana to serve alcohol.
