Quail Lodge & Golf Club is seeking a Executive Assistant person to join our amazing Quail Lodge Team.

Key Accountabilities
- Provides administrative support to the General Manager including maintaining daily schedule, coordinating appointments; internal and external, making travel arrangements etc.
- Assist Executive Team with various administrative tasks as assigned by General Manager
- Attend daily operational and bi-weekly Executive Committee meetings; record and distribute meeting minutes
- Maintain VIP list and prepare welcome cards for GM’s VIPs.
General Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years administrative support to a General Manager or higher required
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Ability to handle strictly confidential information
- Highly developed organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven problem-solving skills and prior background demonstrating sound business judgment
Salary: $20.00-$25.00 per hour (depends on experience)
