Job Summary
The Assistant Manager – operations works in a team of four, living on property and responsible for the overall supervision of the Lodge Operations, maintaining consistent and quality service at all times to ensure guest satisfaction. Directly oversee and manage all Guest Service Agents, Housekeepers, and Housemen. Under the direction of the Resort Manager, and on a rotational bases, the Assistant Manager will cover and manage the following departments at the Lodge: Front Office, Housekeeping and F&B Outlets.
