Key Responsibilities:<\/b> Oversee the day -to -day operations of both lodges, ensuring consistent standards and seamless service delivery. Lead, train, and motivate multi -disciplinary teams, including front -of -house, housekeeping, maintenance, kitchen, and field staff. Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by maintaining exceptional hospitality, attention to detail, and personalised service. Implement and monitor operational policies, procedures, and standards to ensure efficiency and compliance. Manage budgets, cost controls, and stock management across both lodges. Liaise with the reservations and sales teams to optimise occupancy and revenue. Oversee property maintenance and presentation to ensure the lodges remain in pristine condition. Drive staff development and training initiatives to build a high -performance culture. Coordinate and manage lodge events, special functions, and VIP guest experiences.
