• Provide warm, attentive, and personalized service to guests.
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of food and beverage menus.
• Manage tables, process orders accurately via POS, and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness and presentation in the restaurant.
• Handle guest billing and payment procedures with precision.

• Grade 12 qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years of waiter experience in a fine-dining or luxury environment.
• Basic knowledge of wine and wine regions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A professional, well-groomed appearance and enthusiastic personality.
• Comfort and poise in serving a discerning clientele.
