Meat, Dairy, Seafood, Fruit & Veg, Frozen Pastry, Juice, Chocolates, Spices, Sauces and Spreads, Alcohol, Frozen Fruit and Veg, Baking, Coffee, Personal Care and Household cleaning supplies.

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead and oversee day-to-day operations in Seychelles. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving operational efficiency, profitability, and a positive workplace culture across all departments, including Finance, HR, Operations, Logistics, Warehousing, Inventory Management, and Technology.

The GM will execute operational strategy, deliver on annual budgets, optimize processes, implement new systems, and build strong stakeholder relationships to support the company’s growth and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee warehouse and distribution operations for efficiency, accuracy, and timely delivery.
  • Identify and implement technology or process improvements.
  • Drive change management initiatives for smooth adoption of new systems.

  • Collaborate with IT to maintain robust operational systems and tools.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proven people-centric leader with experience managing multinational operations (50–60 staff).
  • Strong project management, systems, and process skills.
  • Proficient in Excel reporting.
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Business Admin, Management, Operations, Economics, Engineering, or related).
  • Professional certifications advantageous (e.g., PMP, SHRM/HRCI).
  • Matric, valid Driver’s License, and passport.
