Duties & Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and engage potential HORECA customers within the assigned territory
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers including hotel general managers, procurement managers and chefs
  • Present LP Gas product offerings and service solutions that meet the customer’s energy needs and deliver measurable value
  • Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation through to negotiation, closure, onboarding, and after-sales support
  • Maintain an active pipeline and keep all activities and forecasts updated in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely, safe, and reliable LPG deliveries
  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and changes in the hospitality market landscape
  • Represent the company at relevant trade shows, networking functions, and industry events
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and other key performance indicators

 

Desired Experience & Qualification

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • 3–5 years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience, preferably within the HORECA, energy, hospitality, or FMCG sectors
  • Prior exposure to LP Gas, energy products, or commercial gas applications is an added advantage
  • Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related discipline
