We are seeking a target-driven, relationship-focused Sales Manager to champion sales strategy and revenue growth across a curated portfolio of upmarket game lodges, boutique hotels, and lifestyle properties.
This is a standout opportunity for someone with experience in the luxury travel or hospitality sector, who thrives on building partnerships, securing high-value bookings, and representing iconic destinations with professionalism and flair.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive domestic and international sales across leisure, corporate, and MICE segments
- Manage relationships with travel agents, DMCs, tour operators and corporate clients
- Represent the brand at travel expos, roadshows, site inspections and trade events
- Implement revenue-generating sales strategies aligned with seasonal objectives
- Collaborate with marketing on promotions, packages, and brand visibility
- Track sales KPIs, analyse market trends, and deliver performance reports
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 5+ years in a hospitality/luxury travel sales role (essential)
- Strong network in the tourism and corporate travel space
- Experience selling lodge/hotel products in South Africa or international markets
- Excellent presentation, negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to travel frequently and represent the brand with polish and professionalism
