Live-Out Position | 5-Star Hotel Environment
A luxury hotel in Polokwane is looking for a dynamic and organised Sales Coordinator to support the Sales & Reservations team while also assisting with front-of-house functions when needed.
This role is perfect for someone with excellent communication, administrative, and hospitality skills, who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate group bookings, events, and corporate reservations
- Assist with daily sales reporting, proposals, and client follow-ups
- Liaise with clients via phone, email and in person with professionalism
- Manage diary bookings for the Sales Manager and GM
- Support reception and front office teams when required
- Maintain filing systems, contracts, and internal records
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 2+ years in a similar role within a hotel or hospitality environment
- Strong admin, computer, and communication skills
- Confident, professional, and able to engage with corporate clients
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask across departments
- Live-out, based in or near Polokwane
