• Hire, train, and develop retail and food and beverage team members
• Provide support and direction to retail supervisors on implementation and company policies
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding alcohol, sanitation, payroll, and employment
• Adhere to company directives on physical inventory and reporting
• Monitor in-stock position of approved merchandise programs and inventory control at store level
• Ability to drive a company vehicle to various property locations

• Minimum of 2 years of management or supervisory experience required
• Minimum of 1 year of retail operations experience required
• Food and Beverage experience a plus
• Ability to train and develop a team
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be able to obtain SERV Safe Manager, Alcohol and Arizona UST operator training certifications upon hire
  
• No degree required
• Must possess a valid driver's license

• Must be able to lift at least 30 pounds
• Frequent standing, bending, lifting, and walking
