Responsibilities

  • Optimize room revenue and profitability achieved through effective pricing and inventory control aligned with market demand and competitor analysis
  • Maximize exposure and profitability from all distribution channels, effectively leveraging brand systems and managing OTA relationships
  • Support financial accuracy and strategic decision-making by developing reliable short- and long-term revenue forecasts
  • Drive strategic decisions facilitated by comprehensive analysis and clear reporting on key performance indicators
  • Foresee market trends, proactively adjust strategies, capitalize on revenue opportunities, and communicate each area effectively

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or finance preferred OR relevant revenue management experience required.
  • Branded hotel revenue management experience required
  • Progressive property management experience and/or hotel operations experience preferred
  • Experience with revenue management systems (i.e. IDeaS, Duetto, N2Pricing)
  • Excellent communication and presenting skills
  • Ability to work hybrid or 100% remote if outside the Buffalo, NY area
