PUBLIC AREA ATTENDANT (HOURLY)

Job Summary:
The Public Area Attendant is responsible for ensuring that all guest-facing areas of the hotel are consistently clean, orderly, and beautifully presented. This role involves maintaining high standards of hygiene and appearance in lobbies, restrooms, corridors, and other public spaces. With attention to detail and a commitment to excellence, the Public Area Attendant helps create a luxurious and welcoming atmosphere that reflects the refined service and quality expected at a 5-star property.

Minimum Requirements:

·        Matriculation certificate (or the equivalent)

·        Must have previous experience in a similar role at a 5-star hotel

·        Must be able to work Sundays, public holidays and shifts

• Must be able to speak English.

• Prompt attendance to guests
• Ensuring service requirements are met in accordance with SOPs
