We’re seeking a creative and skilled Pastry Chef to lead the dessert and pastry program across all outlets, crafting beautiful, seasonal creations that showcase both technique and imagination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, plate, and present desserts and pastries to the highest standard.
  • Manage pastry kitchen operations, production schedules, and stock control.
  • Develop new, seasonal offerings aligned with the property’s culinary identity.
  • Maintain impeccable hygiene, organisation, and consistency across all pastry sections.
  • Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and kitchen team to deliver excellence across all dining outlets.

Requirements

  • Recognised pastry qualification or equivalent professional certification.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in fine dining or boutique hotel environments.
  • Strong creativity, technical skill, and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Passion for innovation, flavour balance, and visual presentation.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative kitchen culture.
