Introduction

Our client, leaders in high-end spa products, is looking to hire an office manager to be responsible for the general operation of their small, dynamic office. Duties will involve greeting visitors, answering incoming phone calls, supporting customers and managing accounts function on Xero Accounting.

This position will suit you if you have good interpersonal skills and enjoy working with people. You need to have strong organizational and problem-solving skills and be able to work independently

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative functions
  • Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping using Xero accounting software
  • Create and manage spreadsheets, reports, and data analysis using Microsoft Excel
  • Handle face-to-face customer interactions with professionalism and warmth
  • Coordinate with luxury hotel and spa clients to ensure exceptional service delivery
  • Support various departments with administrative tasks and project coordination
  • Maintain office efficiency through effective systems and procedures
  • Assist with general business operations as needed

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Matric certificate (Grade 12)
  • Proficient in Xero accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • General Office Management experience preferred
  • Previous experience in the luxury hotel, spa, or hospitality supply industry
  • Social media management skills
  • E-commerce platform experience
  • Customer service experience in premium service environments
  • Sales Expierience
