Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Office Manager to join our dynamic team. This role requires a solution-oriented professional with a genuine passion for learning and a customer-focused mindset to support our growing business operations.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative functions
  • Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping using Xero accounting software
  • Create and manage spreadsheets, reports, and data analysis using Microsoft Excel
  • Handle face-to-face customer interactions with professionalism and warmth
  • Coordinate with luxury hotel and spa clients to ensure exceptional service delivery
  • Support various departments with administrative tasks and project coordination
  • Maintain office efficiency through effective systems and procedures
  • Assist with general business operations as needed
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
  • Compensation: Market-related salary package

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Education: Matric certificate (Grade 12)
  • Nationality: South African citizen or permanent resident
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Xero accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Experience: General office management experience preferred
