Perform nightly audit of guest accounts and daily hotel transactions. Prepare and distribute daily reports to management. Check in and check out guests as needed during overnight shift. Handle guest inquiries, requests and emergencies professionally. Monitor property security and follow safety procedures. Complete basic cleaning and restocking to support morning shift. Prior front desk or cash handling experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and stay alert overnight. Basic computer proficiency and excellent customer service. Cross training on day and evening shifts will be required.
