Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to support the daily operations of our hotel. You’ll be responsible for maintaining the property’s physical infrastructure, ensuring guest comfort and safety through timely repairs and preventative maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make adjustments and repairs to heating, cooling, ventilating, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Perform routine maintenance jobs such as painting, drywalling, ceramic tiling, etc.
• Respond to requests from guests for repairs in guestroom.
• May be required to move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies.
• Perform preventative maintenance to guestrooms.

Qualifications:

• Secondary school education is required.
• Previous maintenance experience is required.

• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
