The Houseperson plays a vital support role within the hotel’s housekeeping department, ensuring that guest rooms and public areas are consistently clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. This position is responsible for assisting room attendants by delivering linens, towels, and guest supplies; removing trash from floors and maintaining the cleanliness of hallways, guest laundry room, fitness room and service areas. The Houseperson also responds promptly to guest and staff requests and helps with deep cleaning projects as needed. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to guest satisfaction are essential. This role requires physical stamina, the ability to work independently and efficiently, and a professional demeanor to interact courteously with guests and coworkers alike.
