We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lodge Manager to oversee the daily operations of a luxury safari lodge. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the highest operational and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:<\/b>

- Oversee all lodge operations, including guest services, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
<\/span><\/li>- Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team to ensure smooth daily operations.
<\/span><\/li>- Drive an exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure.
<\/span><\/li>- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures across departments.
<\/span><\/li>- Manage budgets, stock control, and financial reporting.
<\/span><\/li>- Oversee maintenance schedules to ensure lodge infrastructure and equipment are in excellent condition.
<\/span><\/li>- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental legislation.
<\/span><\/li>- Foster strong relationships with guests, staff, suppliers, and local stakeholders.
<\/span><\/li>- Support conservation and sustainability initiatives within the lodge and surrounding reserve.

Requirements:<\/b>
<\/div>- Proven experience in lodge or hospitality management, ideally in a safari or luxury lodge environment.
<\/span><\/li>- Strong leadership, people management, and interpersonal skills.
<\/span><\/li>- Excellent organizational and administrative ability.
<\/span><\/li>- Financial acumen, with experience in budget management and cost control.
<\/span><\/li>- Knowledge of conservation principles and sustainable lodge practices advantageous
<\/span><\/li>- Ability to work in a remote environment with flexibility and resilience.
<\/span><\/li>- Hospitality or tourism qualification beneficial.
