This is a unique opportunity to join an intimate, well -established lodge that offers an authentic safari experience, situated in one of South Africa’s most serene natural settings. 1. Front of House Manager Key Responsibilities:<\/b> Guest check -ins/outs, hosting, and concierge duties Overseeing guest satisfaction and handling feedback professionally Coordinating housekeeping and dining teams Stock control, ordering, and basic lodge admin/reporting Assisting with reservations, communication, and logistics Upholding a strong front -of -house presence during service times 2. Head Field Guide Key Responsibilities:<\/b> Conduct daily game drives and bush walks Mentor and support guiding team Ensure vehicle maintenance and equipment readiness Work closely with the lodge team to align guest activities with itineraries Maintain safety standards and compliance with guiding regulations Mature couple with prior lodge/hospitality experience<\/b> <\/span>in similar roles Willing to live and work full -time on -site in a remote bush environment Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong guest -first mindset Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a close -knit team South African citizenship or permanent residency preferred Front of House Manager:<\/b> Strong administrative and organisational skills Proficient in hospitality systems (e.g., NightsBridge, MS Office) Previous experience in guest relations or lodge management preferred Field Guide (NQF2) or <\/span><\/span><\/span>higher Valid PDP and First Aid certification DEAT/THETA registered Rifle proficiency and competency (advantageous) Competitive remuneration package (based on experience and qualifications) Live -in accommodation provided on -site Meals and utilities included Opportunity to be part of a hands -on, passionate team in a pristine wilderness setting Career growth in a well -regarded lodge with a loyal guest base
