The Lead Pastry Cook (“Cocinero/a Principal de Repostería”) prepares high-quality baked goods and desserts for all meal periods and events while supervising the pastry team and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. The role requires extensive pastry technique knowledge, production experience, and a commitment to quality, sanitation, and cost standards.
