The Hotel Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and managing sales opportunities across corporate, leisure, MICE, and group segments. The role involves building strong client relationships, promoting the hotel’s services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
  • Identify new sales opportunities through research, networking, cold calling, and visiting potential clients.
  • Maintain and grow existing accounts to maximize revenue.
  • Develop sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.
Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and other partners.
  • Conduct regular client visits and follow-ups to secure repeat business.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and timely resolution of client concerns.
Market Analysis & Reporting
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  • Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to management.
  • Recommend promotional strategies and market positioning to enhance hotel visibility.
Events & Coordination
  • Work closely with the events, reservations, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Coordinate with marketing to support promotional campaigns and sales materials.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to represent the hotel.
Administrative Duties
  • Maintain accurate client records using CRM systems.
  • Prepare contracts, rate agreements, and sales documents.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and pricing guidelines.


Qualifications & Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Additional certifications in sales, hospitality, or customer relationship management are an advantage.
Experience
  • 1–3 years’ experience in hotel sales, hospitality, or corporate/business development roles.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience managing corporate accounts, event bookings, or travel partnerships preferred.
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Ability to identify new business opportunities and convert leads into revenue.
