Hotel Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to represent two Premier Hotels along the Garden Route. This role is responsible for driving revenue across all market segments by generating leads, managing key accounts, and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales plans in collaboration with General Managers and Group Sales.
• Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring achievement of room nights, conferencing, events, and revenue targets.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities along the Garden Route (Mossel Bay – Port Elizabeth).
• Maintain accurate client data using Salesforce and other CRM tools.
• Conduct regular client visits, site inspections, and activations to strengthen relationships.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to optimize performance.

Requirements:

• Relevant diploma or equivalent qualification.
• 1–2 years’ experience in hotel sales with proven track record.
• Strong communication, planning, and client relationship skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Outgoing, professional, and target-driven.
