Duties & Responsibilities

Location: Middle East
Industry: Construction / Engineering

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare cost estimates and manage project budgets
  • Review contracts and tender submissions
  • Conduct site visits and cost analysis
  • Provide financial and risk reports to project managers
Requirements:
  • English proficiency
  • Minimum 5 years of quantity surveying experience
  • Certificate or Diploma in a related field
  • Strong contract and budget management skills
