We are seeking a results-driven hospitality professional to take full operational responsibility for our hotel in Midrand, driving service excellence, financial performance, and team engagement.
Key Responsibilities
What You Will Be Responsible For:
Leadership & Culture: Provide strong, visible leadership across all hotel departments, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and service.
Guest Experience: Ensure consistently high standards of guest satisfaction and service delivery.
Financial Management: Oversee budgets, cost control, forecasting, and revenue optimisation to achieve profitability targets.
Operational Excellence: Manage all hotel operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Food & Beverage.
People Management: Recruit, develop, motivate, and retain a skilled and service-focused team.
Strategic Execution: Implement operational and commercial strategies to enhance the hotel’s market position and performance.
Compliance & Governance: Ensure full compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and hospitality standards.
What We Are Looking For:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 6 years’ experience in hotel management, with proven experience in a senior leadership role.
Strong people leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
Solid financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Proven track record in driving operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems.
Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
