Kendrick Recruitment is currently recruiting for a luxury hotel based in Cape Town. Our client is seeking a professional and guest\-focused Concierge to provide exceptional service and assist with all guest enquiries.

Key Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/div>
• Welcome and assist guests, ensuring a warm and professional first impression
<\/div>
• Handle guest requests, reservations, and bookings efficiently
<\/div>
• Provide information about local attractions, services, and events
<\/div>
• Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs promptly
<\/div>
• Maintain a high level of service and anticipate guest requirements
<\/div>
• Assist with luggage handling, transportation arrangements, and special requests
<\/div>
• Record and report guest feedback to improve service standards
<\/div>

Requirements<\/b>
<\/div>
• Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment
<\/div>
• Exceptional customer service skills with attention to detail
<\/div>
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
<\/div>
• Well\-presented and professional
<\/div>
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
<\/div>
• Knowledge of local area, attractions, and services advantageous
<\/div>
