What you'll be responsible for:
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. College degree in hospitality management preferred. Candidate must have at least one year of hotel or hospitality experience. Minimum of one year supervisory or lead experience. Experience with collective bargaining environments preferred. Strong computer skills and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite required. Knowledge of Hotel property management system is preferred. Excellent phone etiquette, customer service and people skills relating to both internal and external guests. Must have strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with persons of diverse backgrounds. Indoor environment. Long periods of standing and walking. Must be able to reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to push/pull up to 150 pounds. Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays and varied hours.
