Position: Hotel Front Desk Representative
Reports to: Hotel Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Position Summary: Responsible for representing the first point of contact with guests and handling all stages of a guest's stay. A typical day as a desk clerk, involves registering/booking guests in and out of their rooms, while accommodating any special requests.
