Looking for an immediate hire. MUST have previous Hotel Front Desk experience and be available to work alternating shifts.
Candidate should be professional and able to handle Guest situations with a smile.
MUST have own vehicle as reliable transportation
- Manage the reservation process
- Check guests in and out, accepting payment along with appropriate deposits
- Must complete all online training programs
- Able to work cohesively with coworkers
- Work together with housekeeping staff to make sure guest rooms are clean and ready to rent
- Verify that all clean vacant rooms are entered properly into the system
- Able to handle all guest situations
- Answer incoming calls and questions about rates, availability, amenities, rewards programs, and special requests
- Book reservations accepting credit cards to guarantee the reservations
- Able to show the event space to potential clients on behalf of the Corporate Sales Manager
- Assist guests by directing them to local shops and restaurants
- Must have at least 2 years of hotel front desk experience
- Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills
- Must be able to be a team player and work well with all departments
- Comfortable assisting guests over the phone as well as in person
- Candidate should have strong problem-resolution skills
- MUST have a professional appearance and conduct
- MUST HAVE reliable transportation and be on time for your shifts
- Synexis experience preferred
- The position is for alternating shifts Monday through Sunday
