As a Guest
Relations Executive you will ensure to deliver warm, gracious, individual
service to every guest following the St. Ermin’s guidelines and procedures as
well as the Marriott standards. Embrace
and display the St Ermin’s culture of Fun, Love and Energy.
What will you be doing?
- Is
responsible for the guests’ journey, from pre arrival to departure, and for
creating WOW moments during their time at the Hotel.
- Provides
personalized service to all VIPs, looking after their room allocation,
preferences, and amenities.
- Is
knowledgeable about the Marriott Bonvoy program and its member benefits.
- Ensures
consistent levels of services are always maintained, through constant
measurement of GSS to maximize Guest’s Satisfaction.
- Work
collaboratively with all other departments to ensure guests receive seamless
service throughout their stay.
- Can
perform all Switchboard and Reception duties and cover when required and
instructed in accordance with the need of the business.
- To
be familiar with:
- the hotel’s Fire Procedures
- the hotel’s Health & Safety Policy and Procedures
- the hotel’s facilities and outlets
- the hotel’s operation standards
and departmental procedures
