Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a professional and highly organised Guest House Manager<\/b> to oversee the daily operations of a luxury guest house located in the heart of Franschhoek. This role requires a hands\-on hospitality leader with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:<\/b>

• Manage all day\-to\-day operations within the guest house, ensuring seamless service delivery.

• Supervise, train, and support staff across various departments.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Oversee guest relations, ensuring personalised service and prompt handling of any queries or concerns.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Manage reservations, check\-ins, and check\-outs efficiently.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Monitor property standards including housekeeping, maintenance, and overall guest\-facing areas.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Assist with budget management, supplier coordination, and stock control.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Ensure compliance with company service standards and hospitality best practices.
  <\/p><\/li> <\/ul>

  Requirements:<\/b>
  <\/p>

  • Previous experience in a managerial role within a luxury hospitality environment.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a guest\-focused approach.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Proficiency in property management systems and administrative duties.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt in a dynamic environment.

    Package:<\/b>

    • Salary: R25,000 – R35,000 per month, negotiable depending on experience.
