Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead a high-performing team at our 300+ guest room full-service hotel in Orlando, Florida. This is a flagship opportunity within Rebel Hotel Company’s expanding portfolio, ideal for a hands-on leader with full-service brand experience—Marriott background strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full hotel operation, including Rooms, Food & Beverage, Sales, Engineering, and Finance, ensuring profitability and guest satisfaction.
  • Serve as the brand ambassador for Rebel Hotel Company, championing our culture and values throughout all levels of the hotel.
  • Drive operational excellence through strong leadership, strategic planning, and flawless execution of brand standards and service initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor department heads, cultivating a collaborative and empowered team environment.
  • Develop and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, and cost controls to maximize profitability and owner returns.
  • Maintain strong relationships with ownership, guests, associates, and brand representatives.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, safety regulations, and franchise requirements.
  • Guide capital projects and property improvement initiatives as needed.

Required Skills, Experience and Knowledge:

  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a full-service branded hotel (GM or Executive Committee level).
  • Marriott brand experience highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale operations (200+ rooms), with strength in F&B, group business, and guest experience.
  • Strong financial acumen, with proven ability to achieve performance targets.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills; able to inspire, coach, and build high-performing teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
