We’re on the lookout for a seasoned Hotel General Manager to take the reins of a high-volume, top property in the heart of Cape Town.

This role is for a confident leader who blends luxury service excellence with commercial sharpness and corporate know-how.


What You’ll Bring:

  • Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management / Hotel Operations
  • 10+ years’ experience as a General Manager within a 5-star hospitality environment
  • Strong exposure to corporate structures, hotel operations, and commercial performance
  • Proven success managing high-volume guest operations
  • A hands-on leadership style with an eye for detail and brand standards
  • Financially savvy, data-driven, and comfortable driving profitability
  • A passion for delivering standout guest experiences at scale

The Must-Haves:

  • South African citizenship
  • Cape Town–based candidates preferred
