• Efficiently manage all Front Office administrative duties with precision.
• Maintain excellent customer service levels through the implementation of systems, loyalty programmes, and reservations management.

• Lead by example, working effectively as part of a team or individually to uphold the highest quality standards.

• A Matric certificate (NQF 4).
• Strong numeracy skills and excellent verbal and written English (NQF 4).
• A diploma from a hotel or tourism school, or an equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Receptionist, with demonstrated leadership potential.
