Spa Manager - Luxury Hotel Group - Cape Town

Our client, a prestigious group of luxury hotels, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Spa Manager to oversee operations across multiple locations. This role is open in Multiple Hotel Locations, between Cape Town, Atlantic Seaboard, and Constantia.

• Manage day-to-day operations across multiple spa locations
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance revenue and profitability
• Maintain exceptional guest service standards and resolve any issues promptly
• Lead, train, and motivate spa teams to deliver outstanding performance
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock management
• Implement marketing initiatives to attract new clients and retain existing ones

• Proven experience in a luxury spa environment
• Experience managing multiple locations preferred
• Exceptional guest relations and business development skills
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Professional presentation and own reliable transport
