We are seeking a professional and service -driven FOH Reservationist to join a leading luxury lodge operation. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for guest service, and strong attention to detail. This position combines reservation management with ad hoc Front of House duties, requiring flexibility, initiative, and a polished, guest -focused approach. <\/div>

Key Responsibilities:<\/b> <\/div>
Manage all guest reservations efficiently, including individual and group bookings. <\/span><\/li>
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless guest experiences from booking to check -out. <\/span><\/li>
Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and special requests. <\/span><\/li>
Respond promptly to email and telephone enquiries with professionalism and product knowledge. <\/span><\/li>
Assist with check -ins, check -outs, and guest hosting as part of Front of House responsibilities. <\/span><\/li>
Support lodge management with administrative and operational duties as needed. <\/span><\/li>
Ensure all guest information is handled with confidentiality and accuracy. <\/span><\/li>
Maintain a welcoming and professional environment in guest -facing areas. <\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/span>
Requirements<\/h3>
Previous experience in a reservations or Front of House role within a lodge, hotel, or hospitality environment. <\/span><\/li>
Strong administrative and computer skills (experience with reservation systems and Microsoft Office preferred). <\/span><\/li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. <\/span><\/li>
High attention to detail, organization, and time management. <\/span><\/li>
