A premier property in Mpumalanga is seeking a seasoned Food & Beverage Manager to lead its dynamic F&B operations across multiple venues, including banqueting and conferencing. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on operational oversight, focusing on elevating guest experiences, driving innovation, and ensuring financial performance.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a 4 or 5 star hospitality environment
Proven track record in managing food and beverage operations
Excellent English communication (spoken & written)
Leadership, training, and team motivation
Guest-centric with a flair for innovation in F&B experiences
Candidate Responsibilities:
Oversee daily F&B service, maintain quality and hygiene standards, manage inventory and equipment, support menu planning and promotional activities, and ensure accurate financial reconciliation
Guide and develop staff through coaching, meetings, performance reviews, and cross-training; foster a respectful and high-performing team culture
Manage payroll, budgets, and employee records; monitor costs, forecast operational needs, and leverage systems for reporting and scheduling
Resolve complaints, drive service excellence, respond to feedback, and ensure consistent product and service quality across all touchpoints
