A hospitality group with a collection of high-end lodges and hotels across Southern Africa is seeking a F&B MANAGER/STOCK CONTROLLER to join their team.
The successful candidate will be a key member of the team, working closely with two Front of House Supervisors to ensure every guest's dining experience is exceptional. The position requires a dedicated and detail-oriented individual who can seamlessly manage F&B administration and procurement while maintaining a focus on cost-effectiveness and a high standard of quality.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years' experience.
Presentable and excellent communications skills.
Demonstrate leadership skills and foster teamwork.
Excellent attention to detail.
Deadline driven.
Ability to operate lodge PMS software (Opera) and is proficient in Excel (including formulas for stock sheets).
