F&B Manager

A hospitality group with a collection of high-end lodges and hotels across Southern Africa is seeking a F&B MANAGER/STOCK CONTROLLER to join their team.

The successful candidate will be a key member of the team, working closely with two Front of House Supervisors to ensure every guest's dining experience is exceptional. The position requires a dedicated and detail-oriented individual who can seamlessly manage F&B administration and procurement while maintaining a focus on cost-effectiveness and a high standard of quality.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience.
• Presentable and excellent communications skills.
• Demonstrate leadership skills and foster teamwork.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Deadline driven.
• Ability to operate lodge PMS software (Opera) and is proficient in Excel (including formulas for stock sheets).
• Can work accurately under pressure.

This is a live-in role.
