We are currently seeking a highly skilled Executive Chef to oversee the culinary operations of two prestigious properties in Accra: a busy 4-star hotel and an exclusive fine dining members club. This role is ideally suited to a candidate already based in Ghana or with
strong prior experience in East Africa’s luxury hospitality sector.

Location: Accra, Ghana
Salary: US$4,000 net per month (negotiable) + accommodation + medical + two flights
home per annum

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage culinary operations across multi-site kitchens.
• Oversee high-volume buffet and banqueting service within the 4-star hotel.
• Design and execute innovative fine dining menus for VVIP clientele at the members club.
• Ensure consistent delivery of international culinary standards across both properties.
• Train, mentor, and motivate large kitchen brigades.
• Maintain stringent cost controls, supplier relationships, and quality assurance.

• Proven multi-site Executive Chef experience in both hotels and fine dining.
• Strong background in 4-star or 5-star hotel operations, including buffets and high-volume service.
• Exceptional creativity and innovation in fine dining cuisine.
• Experience catering for VVIP guests and members club clientele.
• Preferably already working in Ghana or with solid East African culinary experience.
• Excellent leadership, management, and organisational skills.
