Entertainment Manager

Are you a creative and energetic individual with a passion for guest entertainment? Our resort in Sani Pass is looking for a dynamic Entertainment Manager to enhance the guest experience through exciting activities, live entertainment, and interactive events!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a diverse entertainment program for guests of all ages.
• Organize and oversee daily activities and themed events.
• Engage with guests to ensure participation and enjoyment of resort activities.
• Coordinate with external performers, vendors, and suppliers for entertainment services.
• Work closely with other departments (F&B, Marketing, and Front Office) to align entertainment offerings with the resort’s overall guest experience.
• Manage the entertainment budget, ensuring cost-effective planning and execution.
• Ensure all entertainment activities comply with health, safety, and hospitality standards.

Requirements:

✔ Previous experience as an Entertainment Manager / Activities Coordinator in a resort, cruise ship, or similar hospitality environment.
✔ Strong event planning and guest engagement skills.
✔ Energetic, creative, and passionate about entertainment and hospitality.
✔ Ability to manage a team of entertainers, performers, or activity coordinators.
✔ Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
✔ Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
