ACTIVITIES:
The duties and responsibilities for the Breakfast Attendant include, but are not limited to the following:
⢠Greet, welcome and interact with our guests in a professional, friendly manner as they enter the food service area.
⢠Stock and refill/refresh the breakfast service, presenting a clean and fresh offering ensuring brand standards and health & safety requirements are met
⢠Accommodates special needs and requests from our valued guests. ⢠Maintains supply levels of food items, china, glassware, silverware, beverages and condiments.
⢠Complete all restocking and cleaning duties in the breakfast area/kitchen by performing opening and closing as instructed.
⢠Ensures cleanliness of food service area, floors, furniture and equipment in order to have a clean, presentable and attractive food service area at all times.
Bus and clear table, clean spills, etc. Ensures cleanliness of Hotel Public Areas
⢠Ensures all items in the fridge are dated and past date items are disposed of to ensure highest possible regard for health and safety issues.
⢠Place orders and maintain inventory as required.
⢠Reports maintenance deficiencies and ensures repairs are completed as requested. ⢠Responds quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner. Follows up to ensure guest satisfaction.
⢠Provides a professional image at all times through appearance and dress. ⢠Follows company policies and procedures.
