Crooked River Lodge Breakfast Attendant

We are looking for a Breakfast Attendant to join our top-notch hospitality team at the Crooked River Lodge. This position will require you to be able to prepare and set out self-serve breakfast meals in an efficient and attractive manner for our hotel guests.

Responsibilities

� Set up workstation with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment

� Properly cook food to company and industry standards

� Monitor food temperatures

� Ensure a great presentation of food items

� Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen and breakfast room

� Ensure all food and other items are stored properly

� Check quality of ingredients

� Monitor stock and place orders when needed

Skills

� Experience in using cutting tools, cookware and bakeware

� Ability to follow all sanitation procedures

� Ability to work in a team

� Good communication skills

� Good physical condition and stamina

Job Type: Full Time

Wage Range: $16 to $18 per hour
