Job Description

The Cage Shift Supervisor provides direct supervision within an assigned cage facility.  The Cage Shift Supervisor directs the operation of the cage and ensures the operations are in accordance with established policies and procedures.

  • Responsible for the physical, custodial control of all casino cage assets during assigned shift.
  • Supervise, train, schedule and evaluate performance of casino cage personnel.
  • Review and monitor documents and transactions to ensure compliance with gaming regulations, company policies and procedures.
  • Operate computer to input, update, and access credit and other information.
  • Schedule and delegate work assignments to cage personnel.
  • Ensure customers receive friendly, accurate, and timely service.  Resolve customer complaints and disputes.
  • Audit and verify transactions with casino games department.
  • Approve check cashing and credit issuance in accordance with established company policies.
  • Communicate with managers, cage personnel, other departments and customers.
  • Report and research any cage variance.
  • Balance and fill the NRT machines on the casino floor

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years Casino Cage and/or supervisor experience required.
