We’re looking for a Multimedia<\/b> <\/span>Designer<\/span><\/b><\/span> who can take a brand from start to finish — from concept and identity creation through to full rollout across digital and print applications. This role goes beyond producing great visuals; it’s about building cohesive brand systems that stand up in the boardroom, on screens, and in the real world.

As a <\/span>Designer<\/span><\/b><\/span>, you’ll craft scalable brand identities, ensure consistency across every touchpoint, and push creative boundaries in one of the most dynamic industries out there: fintech.

Responsibilities<\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/h3>
  • Lead the creation of brand identities and visual systems, from concept through to fully developed guidelines.
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Apply brands seamlessly across digital platforms (websites, social, campaigns) and print applications (collateral, packaging, environments).
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Collaborate with strategists, writers, and account managers to translate strategic thinking into impactful design.
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Deliver high -quality design assets for campaigns, presentations, sales collateral, and activations.
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Present and justify creative solutions confidently to both clients and internal teams.
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Maintain and enforce brand consistency across all outputs and touchpoints.
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Mentor and support junior designers, helping to raise the level of craft within the studio.
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Stay on top of design, fintech, and digital branding trends to keep our work sharp and globally competitive.<\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>

    Proven experience as a Multimedia <\/span><\/b>Designer<\/span><\/b><\/span> or <\/span><\/b>Brand Designer<\/span><\/b><\/span> in an agency or in -house brand team.<\/span><\/b>
    <\/span><\/p>

    • A portfolio showcasing complete brand journeys — from identity creation to systematisation and rollout across digital and print.
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Strong grasp of brand systems, typography, colour theory, and design principles.
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Experience in fintech, financial services, or other complex B2B categories is a strong advantage.
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Proficiency in <\/span>Adobe Creative Suite<\/span><\/b><\/span> and <\/span>Figma<\/span><\/b><\/span>; motion or 3D experience is a plus.
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and consistency.
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills — able to explain the clearly “why” behind your design choices.
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • A collaborative spirit with the confidence to lead projects and drive creative thinking.
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Relevant tertiary qualification in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
      <\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>
