We’re seeking a Vice President of Finance to provide executive-level financial leadership, oversee accounting operations, and ensure the financial health of a growing hospitality organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Direct and oversee all financial operations including accounting, reporting, audits, and compliance.
  • Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including GAAP compliance.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis for 40+ hotel assets.
  • Establish and monitor internal controls while driving process improvements and financial best practices.
  • Partner with the CEO, President, and Operations leadership on real estate transactions, capital projects, and long-term financial planning.
  • Lead and mentor the accounting team, ensuring smooth daily operations including AP/AR, reconciliations, and tax compliance.
  • Oversee corporate insurance programs, employee benefit plans, and vendor relationships.


What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of hotel or hospitality accounting/finance experience, with progressive leadership responsibility.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead multi-property financial operations and teams.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.


Compensation & Benefits
