Valet Supervisor

The Job:

As a Valet Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the valet team to ensure that every guest receives a seamless and exceptional experience from the moment they arrive. Your role will involve managing vehicle arrivals and departures, ensuring the highest level of customer service, and maintaining the flow of traffic in a busy environment. You will have the opportunity to showcase the hotel’s amenities, provide a warm welcome, and create unforgettable first and last impressions for our guests.

You:

To excel in this role, we’re looking for someone who is a natural leader with excellent communication and organizational skills. You should be able to manage a team effectively while ensuring top-notch service. Patience, empathy, and a passion for making guests feel welcome are essential. The ability to stay calm under pressure and have FUN while leading a team are key traits of a successful Valet Supervisor. • Refined verbal communication and interpersonal skills
   
• Valid Class C Driver’s License
   
• Clean driving record with a history of safe driving
   
• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods
   
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality, especially in a fast-paced environment
   
• Strong leadership and team management skills
   
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure
   
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
   
• Knowledge of local area and routes for efficient guest transportation
   
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
