Job Description:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, and mechanical systems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and other departments.
- Assist in troubleshooting and repairing equipment and fixtures throughout the hotel.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
- Maintain proper documentation of daily work orders, preventive maintenance, and repairs.
- Ensure all safety and health regulations are followed in work practices.
- Assist in emergency response efforts related to facility or equipment failures.
Requirements:
- SPM or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services is preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality or property maintenance field.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC is required.
- Ability to operate maintenance tools and equipment safely.
- Good physical condition and ability to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- A team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
