The Sheraton Eatontown Hotel is seeking a passionate culinary professional to join our award-winning team as a Sous Chef. The role of Sous Chef is responsible for properly preparing food in a timely manner, while maintaining the highest level of health standards. The Sous Chef should be familiar with the day-to-day operations of the hotel’s kitchen which includes cooking for the on-site restaurant, room service, and all hotel functions.
