We are hiring Service Manager- Front Office ( Guest Relations Manager).

 

As a Service Manager - Front Office ( Guest Relations Manager), we rely on you to:

 

 

DUTIES: 

 

Overseas and direct all aspect of day-to-day public area operations.  Ensures effective communication among all Front Office personnel and other department. Ultimately, the Guest Relation Manager must be an active liaison between management and the guest.

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • minimum 3 years in international 5-star hotels
  • Shows leadership ability
  • Good communication skills
  • Team player
  • Motivator and self starter
